Safety
In Numbers
The Smithfield Town Council has passed a Town Ordinance requiring the clear display of assigned street
numbers on all residential, commercial and industrial
buildings. The hope is that this will make it easier for
emergency responders to locate a home or business.

Smithfield
Ornament
The Town of Smithfield and the Smithfield
Senior Center are offering this
collectable
holiday ornament which contains a replica
of the Town of Smithfield seal. The seal was designed by local resident
Neil Salley. It is a colorful depiction that represents all the best of

directed to the expansion program of our active
Senior Center. The Center, which
is located in Deerfield Park, was originally built in
1994 to accommodate 350 people. Their membership has grown to over 1000
and is still growing!
We are very proud of our Senior
Center which offers daily activities, health and wellness programs, information
and referral, lunch, socials, transportation and trips for our senior
population. Ornaments are $12 each and are available at the Smithfield
