The Smithfield Zoning Board of Review will be held on
Wednesday, December 16, 2009 at 7:30 PM, at
Smithfield Town Hall, 64 Farnum Pike, Smithfield, Rhode
Island when all persons interested will be heard for or
against the granting of the following applications:

T-Mobile Northeast LLC as applicant and Chateau Enterprises
as owner of property located at 490 Douglas Pike, listed
as Lot 116 and 116A on Assessor’s Plat 42 are seeking a
Variance to deviate from Section 4.3.G.19 Radio,
Television, or Communications Tower to build a
communications tower in an R-80 District under the
Zoning Ordinance.

Philip and Carol Sabella as applicant and owner of property
located at 546 Putnam Pike, listed as Lot 12 on
Assessor’s Plat 6 are seeking a Variance to A Previously
Granted Resolution to permit additional parking and
reconfigure an existing parking area in a Mixed Use
District under the Zoning Ordinance.

John E. and Leslie J. Tucker & James E. and Diana M. Tucker
as applicants and owners of property located at 79 West
Greenville Road, listed as Lot 79 on Assessor’s Plat 44,
are appealing the Zoning Official’s determination that
the residential structure at the above- mentioned
location is not lawfully established for two- family use
in an R-80 District under the Zoning Ordinance.

The Rhode Island Lottery as applicant appeals the Deputy
Zoning Officer’s determination that the Lottery’s
temporary signs on display throughout the Town of
Smithfield are in violation of the Town’s signage
ordinance.
