act upon the following matters: NONE

Public Hearings--Consider and act
upon the following matters:
A.
Conduct a Public Hearing to
consider amending the Town’s Noise Ordinance.
VIII.
Old Business: NONE
IX.
New Business--Consider and act
upon the following matters:
A.
Consider the potential loss of
school housing aid from the Rhode Island Department of Education.
B.
Consider authorizing the Town
Engineer to issue an RFP for consultant services to assist in the design and
permitting process for the Mann School Road drainage project.
C.
Consider, discuss and act upon a
bid award to install a low pressure, sewer main extension on Maplecrest Drive.
D.
Consider, discuss and act upon the
establishment of an Energy Review Commission which would replace the Energy
Conservation Committee.
E.
Consider, discuss and act upon the
appointment of Vincent A. Zibelli to the Town’s Historic Preservation Commission
for a 3-year term, ending September 11, 2012.
F.
Consider, discuss and act upon the
reappointment of Leo E. Labrie as the Town’s Sealer of Weights and Measures for
a 2-year term, ending October 31, 2011.
G.
Consider, discuss and act upon the
reappointment of Barbara Rich to the Town’s Land Trust for a 5-year term, ending
September 30, 2014.
H.
Consider a possible motion to go
into closed session to review, consider, discuss and act upon the following
matters pursuant to RIGL 42-46-5(a)(1), Personnel: Deputy Police Chief’s
Contract Extension; RIGL 42-46-5(a)(5), Real Estate: Possible Land Acquisition.

Reconvene in open session to
announce any closed session votes required to be disclosed pursuant to RI
General Laws, Sec. 42-46-4.
