A.    Consider scheduling a Public Hearing on May 5, 2009 to consider amending the Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Ordinance as recommended by the Planning Board.

B.   Conduct a Public Hearing to consider amending the Municipal Court Ordinance.  More info on this public hearing here

VIII.       Old Business: To consider and act upon the following matter:

A.    Consider, discuss and act upon seeking bids for the Fire Department ladder truck.

IX.             New Business:  To consider and act upon the following matters:

A.    Consider, discuss and act upon scheduling a budget work session with the Financial Review Board for April 14, 2009 at 6:00 pm.

B.     Consider, discuss and act upon a possible appointment to Boards and Commissions:

            1)  Planning Board (one appointment)

                        a)  Rudy D’Agostino

C.     Consider a possible motion to go into closed session to review, consider, discuss and act upon the following matters pursuant to RIGL 42-46-5(a)(5), Real Estate, Bryant University, Land Trust/ Lees Farm Commons, Sports Complex; RIGL 42-46-5(a)(1), Personnel, Town Manager Review; RIGL 42-46-5(a)(2), Collective Bargaining, Budget Considerations; RIGL 42-46-5(a)(6), Business Relocation.

D.    Reconvene in open session to announce any closed session votes required to be disclosed pursuant to RI General Laws, Sec. 42-46-4.
