NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Hearing
Date: Tuesday, March 17, 2009, 7:00 p.m., Town Hall, 2nd Floor
Proposed Ordinance Amendment -
Chapter 60 Municipal Court, §60-1 to §60-12
Proposed
amendments to delay implementation of the Smithfield Municipal Court until the
Town Council appoints a Municipal Court Judge, and further amendments to conform
to the recent changes made to the Town Charter.
All
interested persons are invited to be present at the time and place above stated.
